#REC

The brand new line of #REC products has been designed and developed to significantly reduce the environmental impact: these products, in fact, allow (compared to their prime versions) a considerable energy savings of fuel and electricity, reducing moreover the general water consumption (an even more precious good considering the more evident and dramatic climate changes of the last few years). Furthermore, all raw materials are bought from accredited and european environmental laws respectful suppliers, placed at a reasonable distance from the production sites in order to reduce CO2 emissions caused by transports.

The general offer consists in:

• REC products compliant with ISO 14021:2016

This line includes:

NOVAKRAL REC (ABS, ABS+ASA)

NOVALUX REC (PC)

NOVABLEND REC (PC/ABS, PC/ASA)

NOVAMIDE REC (PA 6, PA 66)

All items are produced using at least the 70% of post-industrial recycled material. During the production process the 100% of the bases are used, with the result of 100% recyclable products specifically designed for a long life cycle, fully integrated into the circular economy.                                                                                              Some of these products have already been certified by the certifying agency TUV but, of course, it remains possible to customize them as much as necessary in accordance with the tailor-made policy that has always distinguished Novalca’s and Novapolimeri’s core: formula, recycled percentage, and production techniques are decided jointly with every single customer, obtaining as a result the best customized and environmental-friendly material possible while still maintaining a high quality-price ratio.

• REC PSV products certificated PSV (Plastic Second Life) and branded MixEco.

This line includes:

NOVAPA 6 REC

NOVAPA 66 REC 

These polyamides can be either unfilled (containing 75% of recycled material) or filled (containing 30% recycled material). More in detail the current offer is: NOVAPA 6 REC and NOVAPA 66 REC 30% or 50% glass fiber reinforced, 30% or 50% glass beads reinforced, non halogenated flame retardant 30% glass fiber reinforced.

At the moment, the products already certified are a dozen and available in different colours but nevertheless, also in this case, it will be possible to implement the catalogue and design new customized products, being always loyal to our customer-oriented policy. 

Every product of the new #REC line is compliant with REACH and ROHS current regulations.
